Honey Jelly with Fresh Strawberries

Another low calorie refreshing dessert to introduce...
There are quite a few recipes to follow in the mini recipe book in the Kanten Box..
But it's all in Japanese!
So I tried my best to figure out what are they trying to say~

Here's the honey jelly with fresh strawberries

I made this because I will always feel not that full after my meals.
This is one healthy and non-sinful dessert for me!

Look at the jelly cubes..
bite on to them while they are cold and eat as much as you want!
It's made with only water, honey and 0 calorie kanten!

There's a Taiwanese girl, who've lost 40+kg by eating Kanten Jelly for her snacks.
Plus her 5 meals each day, not exceeding 300 calories for every meal.
 She looks super good now!

I hope to be like her,
but I know there's lots of hard work involved.
So I must keep up my diet!!

Low Calorie Soy Milk Strawberry Jelly

Korean strawberries are on sale in supermarkets again!

Look at these cuties..
they are really sweet to the max!

I love them!
Don't you??  =)

Look at this measuring spoon,
I received it as a wedding favour last year...
It's definitely a useful gift for a cooking/baking person like me!

A heap of love!
What a romantic way to describe A Tablespoon...
The teaspoon's words were not clear,
so here it is...it's written as 'a spoonful of affection'
lovely!

And yeah..here's my Soy Milk Strawberry Jelly!
I know it's weird to use parsley for decoration *laughs*
but that's the only 1 i have in my fridge.
I bought one big packet and only used very little, such a waste!

Cut it open and you can see the fresh red strawberries!
We ate this in the morning and it's amazing!
Made us feel fresh and alert instantly!
Moreover, it's low in calorie and sugar!
Nothing will go bad with Kanten.... =)

Isn't it a great dessert/snack?

I'm gonna submit this to Jess from Bakericious again!
For the Aspiring Bakers #5 (Fruity March)!

Red Wine Jelly

I had some leftover red wine...don't want to waste it...
so the best solution is..to make some jelly with it!
I know you may find it weird..
red wine..made into jellly~
Hmm...how does it taste like??

After cooking the red wine, the alcohol has actually evaporated.
So the wine's alcoholic taste has decreased~
I was doubtful about the taste initially,
but after a long day of work, i sat on the sofa...
biting on those lemon and orange zest..tasting the jelly slowly...
it was really refreshing and relaxing~~

Now I'm having more ideas of what to make with the 0 Calorie Kanten!
be prepared to see more upcoming recipes using Kanten~
Stay tuned!
