my grandma and aunt came to my house...
I cooked dinner for them after coming back from work in the evening.
My aunt wanted to bring me for dinner at Japanese restaurant,
but due to my condition, it's better to eat home cooked food.

The simple chawanmushi with crabstick + chicken pieces and Miso Wakame Tofu Soup...
sorry for the not so nice pictures, I took one shot of each dish quickly and we started eating.
Can't make guests wait for too long...
We concluded that, we can have simple Japanese food at home too!
Just need a little more effort and time =)
+ hot soup in less than 15 mins, why not?
Here's the recipe for Miso Wakame Tofu Soup...
Miso Wakame Tofu Soup (Serves 4 to 6)
1 box of Silken Tofu
4pcs of 10cm Dried kelp (soak in water for few minutes)
1 1/2 Tbsp Miso Paste (Less sodium)
1 tsp Hon-dashi Granules
1. Bring water to boil, and add tofu.
2. Bring it to boil again and remove from heat.
3. Mix miso paste and hon-dashi granules into the soup, stir gently.
4. Lastly, add kelp, and serve hot.
